In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 12728439.4 (Mortgage Memorandum 2018/4344) (“Mortgage”), First Mortgage Custodians Limited as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to an order of the High Court at Wellington in proceeding CIV-2025-485-173 dated 19 August 2025, on 25 September 2025 it entered into possession of the mortgaged land located at 86 Abel Smith Street, Wellington, contained in Record of Title WN37B/871 (“Mortgaged Land”).
