In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of mortgage over goods under K10832 (variation of loan K10411), K10833 (variation of loans K10532 and K10259), K10834 (variation of loan K10366) and K10835 (variation of loan K10362) dated 16 October 2023, 25 August 2023, 28 September 2023 and 28 September 2023 (“Security Agreements”) over the mortgaged goods described below.

Kiwibank Limited, being the mortgagee under the Security Agreement (“Mortgagee”), gives notice in accordance with section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on 5 September 2025.
