In the estate of Fraser Benjamin Paul Capill of Auckland, Medical Practitioner, deceased, who died at Auckland on 12 July 2024.
Pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019, the administrator of the estate of Fraser Benjamin Paul Capill gives notice to all creditors or other claimants who assert a right or interest relating to the property of the above estate to send their claims, with proof of claim, to the administrator of the estate: Isabelle Katharina Lee-Bigio by 22 September 2025, c/- Elemental Legal, Private Bag 92066, Grafton, Auckland 1023.
