1. On 26 March 2025, a Statement of Claim, Notice of Proceeding and List of Documents Relied On (“Documents”) was filed in the District Court at Christchurch, reference number CIV-2025-009-871.
2. The Court has ordered that personal service on the Second Defendant, Shanon Robert Cutting of Kaiapoi, Company Director, of the Documents be dispensed with, and service be deemed to have been effected on the Second Defendant by text message and this advertisement.
3. A text message has been sent to the Shanon Robert Cutting’s last known mobile number advising that the Documents are available from the Plaintiff’s solicitors or Court by request.
4. Any person knowing the whereabouts of Shanon Robert Cutting is to bring this advertisement to their attention.
