Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of mortgage over goods under a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 14 March 2025 (“Security Agreement”) over the mortgaged goods described below.
Heartland Bank Limited being the mortgagee under the Security Agreement (“Mortgagee”), gives notice in accordance with section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below (“Collateral”) on 19 August 2025, following the failure of the mortgagor, DDL Trucking Limited, to comply with the terms of the Security Agreement.
