Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of mortgage over goods under a livestock finance agreement dated 30 June 2022 (“Security Agreement”) over the mortgaged goods described below.
Marac, a division of Heartland Bank Limited, being the mortgagee under the Security Agreement (“Mortgagee”), gives notice in accordance with section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below (the Collateral) on 15 August 2025, following the failure of the mortgagor, Pipe Vision NZ Limited (in voluntary administration), to comply with the terms of the Security Agreement.
