In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the mortgage over goods (a Business Extend Facility Agreement dated 11 February 2021 as most recently varied by Variation Disclosure dated 9 April 2024, a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 2 December 2021 as most recently by Variation Disclosure dated 4 May 2023 and a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 29 August 2022) (“Mortgage”) over a Roadmaster trailer, Registration No.: 69J54, VIN: 7A9B3503WL1018281; a 2017 TMC 5H 3903 commercial trailer, Registration No.: 7Z717, VIN: 7AT0KK15X17003903; a Man TGX truck, Registration No.: KUR641, VIN: WMA30XZZ6HM738335; and a 2016 Isuzu CYJ530, Registration No.: JUA858, VIN: JALCYJ52TF7000086 (“Collateral”).

Notice is hereby given that on 17 January 2025, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Mark Gilbert Olds to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.

The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
