Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the mortgage over goods (a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 11 April 2024) (“Mortgage”) over a 2022 Sinotruck C7, Registration No.: PGW744, VIN: LZZ8BXXB7LC335045; and a 2022 Roadmaster FG commercial trailer, Registration No.: 298Z4, VIN: 7A9M3203WN1018558 (“Collateral”).
Notice is hereby given that on 17 January 2025, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Dream Maker Limited to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
