In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of mortgage over goods under a livestock finance agreement dated 14 March 2023 (“Security Agreement”) over the mortgaged goods described below.

Heartland Bank Limited (3152425), being the mortgagee under the Security Agreement (“Mortgagee”), gives notice in accordance with section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below (“Collateral”) on 2 August 2025, following the failure of the mortgagor, Corbin Farms Limited, to comply with the terms of the Security Agreement.
