Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. John Warren Forsyth, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a timeshare apartment building known as Club Paihia, situated at 67 Williams Road, Paihia 0200 and ordinarily known as Unit 2G, Week 25, Studio.

More particularly described as Unit 2G and Accessory Unit 21 and 1/2 share in Accessory Unit 116 and 1/4 share in Accessory Unit 117 and 1/8 share in Accessory Unit 2 and 1/8 share in Accessory Unit 113 and 7/40 share in Accessory Unit 114 Deposited Plan 103950 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 September 1986 in timeshare week number 25 and being Identifier number NA64D/100 Computer Unit Title Register (North Auckland Land Registry).
