Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Demetrice Buford, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a timeshare apartment building known as Club Paihia, situated at 67 Williams Road, Paihia 0200 and ordinarily known as Unit 1D, Week 22, One Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit 1D and Accessory Unit 16 and 1/3 share in Accessory Unit 96 and 1/6 share in Accessory Unit 1 Deposited Plan 103950 for a term of 999 years as from and including 14 December 1987 in timeshare week number 22 and being Identifier number NA70D/348 Computer Unit Title Register (North Auckland Land Registry).
