Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of mortgage over goods dated 21 December 2021 (“Security Agreement”) over the mortgaged goods described below.
Killarney Capital Limited, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Security Agreement, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below with effect from 2 July 2025.
All resource consents, building consents, other regulatory consents, insurances, performance bonds, plans, specifications, construction contracts, and all construction design and documentation in relation to the development of any part of the property at 14 Wise Street, Addington, Christchurch.
This notice is given by Killarney Capital Limited, whose address for service is Level 1, 24 Porter Drive, Havelock North 4130, New Zealand.
