Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Palmerston North in proceeding CIV-2024-454-75 dated 1 May 2025, and section 139(1)(a) of the Act, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land as described below on 1 May 2025.

Description of Mortgaged Land: 79 Rugby Street, Awapuni, Palmerston North 4412, Record of Title W959/66, Lot 1, Deposited Plan 22571 (Wellington Land Registry).
