Section 156(1) of the Property Law Act 2007

1. Waimauri Limited (“Waimauri”) is a first and only mortgagee in respect of mortgaged land at 35/2 Powell Street, Avondale, Auckland (“Mortgaged Land”).

2. Waimauri entered into possession of the Mortgaged Land on 23 June 2025.

3. The Mortgaged Land is more fully described as the property at 2/35 Powell Street, Avondale, Auckland which is the land in Identifier 712017 North Auckland Land Registration District being:

  1. A half share in the fee simple estate of 1987 square metres more or less having the legal description of Lot 1 DP 48519 and Lot 2 DP 486339; and
  2. A leasehold estate under instrument L 10783627.2 having the legal description of Area 2 DP 491437.
