In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 24 June 2019, a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 7 September 2022 as most recently varied by Variation Disclosure dated 11 September 2023 and a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 13 September 2022 as most recently varied by Variation Disclosure dated 11 September 2023 (“Mortgage”) over a 2019 Domett E2001, Registration No.: 37W68, VIN: 7A9E20010K1023849, a 2019 Mercedes-Benz, Registration No.: MDC195, VIN: WDB96403820307823, a 2020 Scania R730 High Roof Sleeper, Registration No.: PJF616, VIN: YS2R6X40005587239 and a 2022 Western Star 4864 FXCE5, Registration No.: QSG19, VIN: 5KKJBEBG7PPNX6254 (“Collateral”).

Notice is hereby given that on 6 June 2025, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Brar Consolidated Limited to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.

The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
