In the Estate of Geraldine Bridgette Elizabeth Saville of Christchurch, Registered Cosmetic Nurse, deceased, who died at Christchurch on 2 May 2025.
Pursuant to section 79 of the Trusts Act 2019 the administrator of the estate of Geraldine Bridgette Elizabeth Saville gives notice to all creditors of and other claimants against the estate to send their claims to Charlotte Parker, 205 Jarvis Road, Tai Tapu 7674, on or before 30 June 2025.
After this date the executors of the estate may administer or distribute the estate having regard only to those claims of which the administrator then has notice and that in such event the administrator will not as respect to the properties so transferred or distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they had no notice at the time of such transfer or distribution.
