Mortgagor: TENNYSON GCO LIMITED (in liquidation) (“Mortgagor”)

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of a mortgage over goods dated 4 November 2021 (Mortgage Memorandum 2018/4344) (“Security Agreement”), WFT Finance Limited (previously known as WFT Finance & Investment Company Limited) as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Security Agreement gives notice that on 12 May 2025 it entered into possession of the mortgaged goods, being all of the Mortgagor’s present and after-acquired property (“Mortgaged Goods”).
