Mortgagor: TENNYSON GCO LIMITED (in liquidation)

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 12282366.9 (Mortgage Memorandum 2018/4346) (“Mortgage”), WFT Finance Limited (previously known as WFT Finance & Investment Company Limited) as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that on 12 May 2025 it entered into possession of the mortgaged land located at 32–34 Tennyson Avenue, Takapuna, Auckland, contained in Records of Title NA63A/84, NA63A/85 and NA386/13 (“Mortgaged Land”).
