In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 28 June 2022 and a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 3 August 2023 as varied by Variation Disclosure dated 21 March 2024) (“Mortgage”) over a 2022 Total Transport 4A-ST, Registration No.: C898M, VIN: 7A9C040143M015103; 2015 Roadmaster SG trailer, Registration No.: 2Q922, VIN: 7AT0KD01X15003314; 2015 Roadmaster SG trailer, Registration No.: 2S243, VIN: 7AT0KD01X15003316; 2015 Roadmaster SG trailer, Registration No.: 2S244, VIN: 7AT0KD01X15003325; and a 2015 Roadmaster SG trailer, Registration No.: 2Q923, VIN: 7AT0KD01X15003326 (“Collateral”).
Notice is hereby given that on 26 March 2025, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Brar Consolidated Limited to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
