Estate of John Montague Fisher
In accordance with section 79(2) of the Trusts Act 2019, any creditor or other person who has a claim against the estate of John Montague Fisher of Eketāhuna, retired, who died on 13 July 2024 must send their claims to the executor on or before 2 May 2025.
After that date, the estate may be administered or distributed having regard only to the claims that have been received.
The executor will not be liable for any claims that were not received when the estate is administrated or distributed.
