Notice is hereby given that on 11 February 2025, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, UV Carriers Limited to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.

The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
