Notice is hereby given that on 18 February 2025, ORIX New Zealand Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the goods following default in payment by, and the liquidation of the Mortgagor, Masta Maintenance Services (NZ) Limited (in liquidation).

The registered office of the Mortgagee is 32 Manukau Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
