Notice to Remove the Above-Named Companies From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Nos.: 2007355, 5718290, 642335 and 5967067

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove IPG TRUSTEES LIMITED, MILFORD INFRASTRUCTURE NZ LIMITED, SERIOUS SHOOTERS LIMITED and TEAMWORK RECRUITMENT SERVICES LIMITED (all in liquidation) from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act. The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 17 March 2025.
