Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Company Numbers: 3172025, 6244388 and 665379

Kristal Pihama and Leon Francis Bowker of KPMG, liquidators of the companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar the final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removals pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 2 February 2026.
