Notice of Intention to Remove Partnerships From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Partnership Numbers: 50046180 and 2679751

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, joint liquidators of the above-named partnerships, hereby give notice of their intention to remove these partnerships from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Limited Partnerships no later than 8 January 2026.
