I intend to remove the following companies from the Overseas Register under section 341(3) of the Companies Act 1993 on the grounds that I am satisfied that the companies have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

EMPOWERION PTY LTD
INCOMM AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND PTY LIMITED
TCN GROUP PTY LIMITED
WAPHILL LIMITED

Unless written objection to removal of any of the above companies, on the ground that they are still carrying business in New Zealand, is delivered to the Registrar by 27 January 2026, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Overseas Register.
