Notice to Remove the Above-named Companies From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Nos.: 8344723, 8148856 and 6194534

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove 230 BOWER AVE LIMITED, FORREST & BOYD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED and MAW VENTURES LIMITED (all in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar no later than 18 December 2025.
