Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that MOR CORPORATE SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) shall be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the above-named company is solvent, has ceased trading and is no longer required for the purpose for which it was established.

The liquidator has completed his duties and has delivered the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act to the Registrar.

Any objection to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar by 1 November 2025.
