Pursuant to section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) I hereby advise I have requested the Registrar of Companies to remove the above-named charitable trust from the Charitable Trusts Register.

The request is made in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Act on the grounds I have filed with the Registrar the final liquidation reports and made the appropriate declarations as required under section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

Any objection to this request must be made to the Registrar under section 321 of the Act by 17 October 2025.

Note: All assets have been realised and distributed.
