Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

I, William Gavin Johnston, liquidator of WEMBLEY TRUSTEE LIMITED, whose registered office is situated at Level 1, One Jervois Road, Ponsonby, Auckland, hereby give notice that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

I, Richard Anthony Johnston, liquidator of JSC DISTRIBUTING LIMITED and SONOMA ENTERPRISES LIMITED, whose registered office is situated at Level 1, One Jervois Road, Ponsonby, Auckland, hereby give notice that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidations in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 10 October 2025.
