Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final reports for the above-named companies have been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the companies from the Companies Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objections to the removal of the companies pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
