We, Daran Nair and Heiko Draht, liquidators of NEWBRAND LIMITED, NEWLIGHT ELECTRICAL LIMITED, BLACK ROBIN ARCHITECTURE LIMITED and VICTO REALTY LIMITED (all in liquidation) whose registered offices were situated at 97 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, and of SF EXPRESS (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED (in liquidation) whose registered office was situated at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, hereby give notice under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 20 October 2025.
