Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) that an application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar pursuant to sections 318(1)(e) of the Act on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been sent to the Registrar.

Objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
