Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Company Numbers: 8740548, 6282488, 4041164 and 8022900

I have concluded my liquidation of AMAA & KASH 23 LIMITED, IZODOM HOMES LIMITED, SADAL LIMITED and RUNIX LIMITED (all in liquidation) and hereby give notice in accordance with section 318(1)(e)(i) of the Companies Act 1993. I have filed my final reports and consequently the companies are to be removed from the Register.

Notice is given that unless written objection to the removal of the companies is sent or delivered to the Registrar pursuant to section 321 of the Act within 20 working days the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.
