Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

We, Daran Nair and Heiko Draht, liquidators of SISTAS TRADING LIMITED, DILAN INVESTMENTS LIMITED, FRUITVALE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, OIRA INVESTMENT LIMITED, 360 DEGREES LIMITED and COUNTIES CLEANING LIMITED (all in liquidation) whose registered offices were situated at 97 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051 hereby give notice under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

The date by which an objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 22 September 2025.
