Notice to Remove the Above-named Companies From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Companies Nos.: 8869290 and 2231547

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove CREATIVE AND BRAVE LIMITED and SHEA LIMITED (both in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar no later than 9 September 2025.
