Notice to Remove the Above-Named Companies From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Nos.: 3683275, 6285527, 2102623 and 3745838

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove FREEMAN NOMINEE LIMITED, MCAF SMART NOMINEES LIMITED, MCIF NO. 6 LIMITED and MCAF NO. 7 LIMITED (all in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act. These were solvent liquidations.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar no later than 19 August 2025.
