Notice to Remove the Above-named Companies From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove KAIKORAI VALLEY PROPERTIES LIMITED and NEW ZEALAND CENTRE FOR INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE LIMITED (both in liquidation) from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 18 August 2025.
