Notice to Remove the Above-named Companies From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Companies Nos.: 1035234 and 6453860

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove FREAR SURVEYORS LIMITED and SHSA LIMITED (both in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act. These were solvent liquidations.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar no later than 14 August 2025.
