I intend to remove the following incorporated society from the Register under section 318(1)(c)(i) of the Companies Act 1993 (refer section 24(3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908). I am satisfied that the incorporated society has been put into liquidation, and no liquidator is acting.

NEW ZEALAND MEDICAL ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to removal of the above incorporated society is delivered to the Registrar by 15 August 2025, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove the incorporated society from the Register.
