I intend to deregister the following limited partnerships from the Register under section 98A(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that the limited partnership does not comply with section 8(1) or (4) of the Act.

Unless, under section 98(5) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, written objection to deregistration of any of the above limited partnerships are delivered to the Registrar 5 August 2025 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to deregister them.
