Notice of Intention to Remove the Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 7019233 and 5787978

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, joint liquidators of the above-named companies, hereby give notice of their intention to remove these companies from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 1 July 2025.
