Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register

Application to remove the above company from the Register of Companies has been made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been filed with the Registrar of Companies.

Objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be made to the Registrar by 20 June 2025.
