Notice of Removal of the Above-Named Companies From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Nos.: 8247517, 8140450 and 1858529

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove AR LIFESTYLE LIMITED, LGZ GROUP LIMITED and TRANS-PACIFIC MARINE LIMITED (all in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act. These were solvent liquidations.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar no later than 27 June 2025.
