Notice to Remove the Above-named Companies From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 1228486 and 6900533

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove STEVE’S SPRAYING SERVICES LIMITED and WILD PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED (both in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act. These were solvent liquidations.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar no later than 26 June 2025.
