Notice to Remove the Above-named Company From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove MCIF NO. 2 LIMITED (in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act. This was a solvent liquidation.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar no later than 18 June 2025.
