In the notice titled “Notice of Intention to Remove Limited Partnerships From the Register” published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 May 2025, Notice No. 2025-ds2322, the Registrar of Companies incorrectly advised of his intention to remove THE RIDGE LIFESTYLE LP from the New Zealand Limited Partnerships Register under section 98A(1)(b) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.
