Notice to Remove the Above-named Company From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove MJ & CM TE BRAKE LIMITED (in liquidation) from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act. This was a solvent liquidation.

The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 6 June 2025.
