Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 and, in the matter, PIAGET LIMITED (in liquidation), I confirm that I have concluded the liquidation of this company and that I have filed with the Registrar my final report in accordance with sections 257(1)(a) and (b) of the Act, and a copy of the notice, as required by section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any person who objects to the removal of this company from the Register must do so within 20 working days of the date of this notice, in accordance with section 321 of the Act, by delivery to the Registrar of Companies.
