We, Leon Francis Bowker, Luke Norman, Elizabeth Helen Keene and Kristal Pihama, liquidators of the companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
